Code of conduct

This binds anyone who submits evidence or comments. Payment does not create an exception.

  1. Every factual claim needs a source. A URL, a document title, or a minute reference. Unsourced opinion is not evidence and will be rejected.
  2. Declare conflicts. Employment by a council, agency, bidder, landowner or club affected by the question. Failure to declare is a ground for rejection and removal.
  3. No abuse, threats, or publication of another person's private contact details.
  4. Names are published only with the consent tick. Withdrawing consent later removes the name from the public row. It does not delete the claim if it has been accepted into the record.
  5. The director decides acceptance. There is no appeal to a membership, because there is no membership vote. A rejected row stays on the ledger with the reason.
  6. Do not present a CBA template as a filing by the Association. You file your own submission.

Breach: removal of the row, suspension of the account, and, if the law requires, referral to Police or the relevant agency.
