Terms of support

These terms are between you and City Builders Association Limited, NZBN 9429053649225, company number 9426905. Registered office: Care of Mark Pervan, 204 St Andrews Road, Epsom, Auckland 1023. New Zealand law applies. Courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.

What you are buying

Individual $50, business $75, organisation $100, per year, including GST if the company is GST-registered. If it is not, the price is the full price and no GST invoice will be issued. Payment funds research and publication. It does not buy a vote, a board seat, editorial control, a promise that your view will be adopted, or a guarantee that your name will appear on a council submission.

What you get

• A receipt and a support record in your name or organisation name.
• Access to the evidence intake on open questions, subject to the code of conduct.
• Optional listing of a business or organisation name in a public supporter directory, if you opt in.

Cancellation

You may cancel within 10 working days of purchase for a full refund if you have not used a member-only channel. After that, fees are not refunded except where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 requires it. Email info@citybuildersassociation.org. We cancel access within 5 working days of a valid notice.

No advice

Acceptable use

Do not submit false evidence, impersonate a person or agency, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or present CBA copy as an official council document.
